(TLCPRPS), our mission is to provide quality and comprehensive mental health
rehabilitation to consumers in the Baltimore City region. TLCPRPS believes in
providing services that are clinically necessary and relevant to the needs of
population. TLCPRPS’ mission is to be focused on the family unit.
TLCPRPS assists adults diagnosed with a mental health illness to help them function in the community and promote stability.

TLCPRPS offers services for minors to help promote self-sufficiency and advocacy for children.
